Exhibitor Registration Information

As we have done in the past, we are giving a limited number of vendors an opportunity to exhibit. This event is open only to those exhibitors who attend the GACS Educators' Convention in September in Myrtle Beach (as well as those who advertised in the program book). 

We limit the invitation list for several reasons:


  1. We feel that those who have helped to support the GACS Convention by exhibiting or advertising deserve a special opportunity to meet with our school leaders. 
  2. There is a limited amount of space at the conference location, and we can accommodate no more than 20 exhibitors. 
  3. We are making exhibit space available at a nominal cost and are sure that the demand will be more than we could adequately handle at this one-day event.  Therefore, be sure to return your Reservation Form as soon as possible.

 

The cost for each 8-foot table will be $200 ($250 after April 20).  This registration fee will include a lunch ticket for one person.  In order to hold down the expense, we are not bringing in an exhibit company to put up draped booths.  The seminar will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end (for exhibitors) about 2:00 p.m.  If you have more than one representative and the others would like to join us for lunch, additional tickets can be ordered on the enclosed Reservation Form. The sponsorship slot have already been filled. We have now filled all of our vendor slots.

 

We invite you to exhibit, and hope that you will be able to come to this function which will offer an excellent opportunity to talk to our school leaders about your programs and products.  Please respond as soon as possible since we are limiting it to no more than 20 exhibit spaces and will accept the first 20 registrations we receive.
